If another person gets access to your Visitor account, he will be able to perform any actions available to you, as well as accept the legal conditions provided by the site, provide various assurances and guarantees, and much more - and all these actions will be performed on your behalf and in your behalf. You are required to independently ensure the confidentiality of your Visitor account credentials and provide access only to persons whom you fully trust - because you will be fully and solely responsible for all actions taken from your Visitor account, regardless of whether you allowed these actions or not, as well as for any damage, costs and losses that may arise as a result of these actions. We reserve the right to establish the owner of the Visitor Account and (or) to grant the right of ownership of the Visitor Account in our own reasonable discretion, regardless of whether we conduct an independent verification. However, if, acting in our sole discretion, we conclude that we are unable to establish the owner, we reserve the right not to grant ownership of the Visitor's Account and will not be responsible for this decision to you or to third parties.

3.1. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age, or that you have reached a different age of majority, as provided for in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity, the right and the freedom to enter into contracts on your own behalf.
3.2. You agree to protect forsage, and its owners, from any claims, obligations and liability, as well as to indemnify them for any damage, losses, debts, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising, incurred on its’ own or as a result of: your violation of the provisions of these Rules or other Forsage Terms; your violation of the rights of third parties, including the right to privacy as a result of your use of the site; and (or) other kinds of claims related to the infliction of your actions upon the use of the site, harm to third parties.
3.3. You agree and consent to:
3.3.1. Comply with all requirements of current legislation and other contractual terms that govern the use of the site (as well as operations and interactions associated with such use), including specific legal requirements that apply to you in the area where you are located;
3.3.2. Be solely responsible for all use of the site, which is carried out from your Visitor account
3.3.3. From time to time to receive messages and materials of a different nature from the site and its partners by e-mail or via another communication channel, the data of which you provided us (including to your telephone number in the form of calls and text messages). If you do not want to receive such materials and advertising notices, simply contact us in a special section of the site;
3.4. You acknowledge and agree that failure to comply with these requirements or the provision of false assurances may result in immediate cancellation of your Visitor account and / or services provided to you, with or without further notice to you, without the possibility of returning funds paid for using the relevant Services.
4.1. We provide site services "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL THE FLAWS", without any guaranties, including without implied warranties or conditions of marketability, sustainability for a particular purpose, quality performance, non-infringement and other guarantees - to the extent permitted by law. In particular, we do not assure or guarantee that the site’s services are complete, accurate, reliable or safe, of a certain quality, suitable for your planned activity, devices, operating systems, browsers, software or tools (or planned activity, devices, operating systems, browsers, software or tools of your End Users) or are compatible with them (or that they will remain so) that they comply with the legislation, the action of which applies to you (including in the jurisdiction in which you operate), or will operate in the absence of viruses, software errors and other malicious components and software restrictions. In addition, we do not recommend any individuals, products or services (including third party services) mentioned on the site or provided through the site - so research about them before using or being otherwise involved.
4.2. In case of an independent refusal to use the Forsage system, the funds transferred by the user for the acquisition of the system are not refundable. This rule is categorical and not negotiable. In case of disagreement with this rule, the user should refuse to use the business system;
4.3. You acknowledge the risks associated with using the site and (or) connecting and (or) working with third-party services through or in connection with the site, confirming that the site cannot guarantee (and does not guarantee) the specific results of such use and (or a) interactions, and that you hereby assume all stated risks, obligations and (or) liability for harm of any kind that may be caused in connection with the said interaction and (or) as a result of the said interaction. The described risks may include, among other things, distortion of information about third-party services and (or) by third-party services, violation of warranty and (or) contractual obligations, violation of rights and subsequent claims.
5.1. In all cases stipulated by the law in force in the relevant jurisdiction, ForSage its officials, directors, employees, affiliated organizations and (or) agents are not responsible to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, specific, punitive or similar damages incurred as a result of errors or inaccuracies in the content; harm to health or property associated with the use of the site; unauthorized access to our services and (or) personal information and (or) other information stored by or their use; interruptions in the exchange of data with the website or termination of such exchange; and (or) events not dependent on the will of Forsage, including failures in the Internet or equipment, power outages, strikes, labor disputes, riots, uprisings, civil unrest, lack of workers or materials, fires, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, explosions, natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, intergalactic battles, government actions, orders of courts, state bodies or tribunals endorsements by third parties.
5.2. You acknowledge and agree that this limitation of liability is a distribution of risks agreed between the parties, and this limitation will apply even if ForSage was warned about the possibility of the occurrence of corresponding liability.
6.1. The rules of Forsage, rights and remedies provided for by these rules, as well as any claims and disputes related to these rules of use and (or) the site, their interpretation or violation, termination or validity, legal relations arising from the rules , or operations and purchases associated with them in all aspects are subject exclusively to the domestic substantive law of Lithuania and are subject to interpretation and application solely in accordance with the internal substantive law of Lithuania, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
6.2. Any disputes arising shall be settled exclusively in the Court of the city of Klaipeda in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. We have the right to make changes to these rules at any time. We will inform you about all significant changes by posting relevant changes on the site. The new edition of the rules comes into force from the moment of its placement, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the rules. The new edition of the rules is valid for new visitors, as well as for visitors and users who have entered into agreements with Forsage before making changes.
6.3. We can send you notifications in any of the following ways: through the site, including in the form of banners or pop-up windows on the site, in the User’s account or in other places, in the form of e-mails sent to the email address you provided; and (or ) in other ways, including the phone number you provided us. The notification will be considered received and entered into force within 24 (twenty four) hours from the moment of its publication or sending by any of the above methods, unless otherwise specified in the notification.
6.4. Your use of the site cannot be interpreted as resulting in a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency or franchise relationship between you and Forsage.
6.5. Forsage may assign its rights and (or) obligations stipulated by these rules and (or) transfer ownership and documents certifying it to a third party without your consent and without prior notice to you. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights and obligations provided for in these rules without the prior written consent of Forsage. Any attempt to transfer your rights or obligations or their actual transfer in the absence of the prior express and written consent of Forsage is void.
6.6. If the court of competent jurisdiction for any reason recognizes any provision of the rules as invalid, unlawful, void or unsecured by the claim, the corresponding provision will be considered autonomous and will not affect the validity and security of the remaining provisions.
7.1. The original text of the terms of use is written in Russian and translated into English as close as possible, however, if there are any questions or misunderstandings, the original terms in Russian will be taken as the authentic text in any legislation, if needed.
